Hello everyone! I've noticed an outstanding lack of NG meet ups in the Midwest, so I'm here to help fix that! If you're in the Chicagoland area and are a huge nerd then hopefully this catches your eye. I had gotten the a-okay from the event organizer to do this and I really And if enough people come, then I'll be happy to do this yearly! Or at least a little more consistently. Any who, here are all the deets listed for those wanting info!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!!

When is the meet up: Oct 17 from 1 PM - 2 PM

Where are we meeting: Rockford Cherryvale Mall, by the entryway of Macy's inside the mall

How to find the meetup host: I will be cosplaying a Pico's School character! Either Cassandra or Pico

The Quad Con Show will be hosted at the mall that weekend, you can find a little more info on them here. You can also take a look at the mall website here if you wish to shop and plan your day there.

ENTRY IS FREE! BRING EXTRA MONEY IF YOU WISH TO SPEND!

Here's a list of things that I would love to have you all bring if possible, but none are required if you can't:

• Cosplay! The show encourages it and if you enter into the showcase you may be randomly chosen to receive a money voucher to use at one vendor at the show.
• 3DS for streetpass! I'm a sucker for this kind of thing, if you have anything that you can streetpass with then feel free to bring it!
• Handouts/a sketchbook! It's neat getting to leave with some freebies, even if it's just signatures and doodles! I'll see if I can pass out some stickers, but I will be vending here as well.
• Consider donating to NG! I feel like NG meets should promote this sort of thing. Maybe it'll be giving someone supporter or donating to the site through the page. Keep NG running!
